2. Scope of Services

notaryqueue provides notary booking and document preparation services to assist clients with official certifications and filings.

3. Booking and Appointment Process

Clients may request an appointment online. Confirmation occurs upon successful scheduling. Please review your details carefully before submission.

4. Fees and Payment

All charges are due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Services: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made later may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service charge.
5.2 Information Products: Digital guides may be accessed immediately. Cancellation of access must be requested within 14 days of initial download. After access begins, access cancellation is not available.
5.3 Goods: Physical items may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, you must follow the refund instructions in section 6.3.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of service delivery.
• Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• No-Refund Cases: If a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice, no refund will be granted, as preparatory work has been completed.

6.2 Information Products

• Eligibility: Full refund available if requested within 14 days of first access, provided no more than 20% of content has been viewed.
• Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• No-Refund Cases: After 14 days or excessive content access, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Goods

• Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
• Return Instructions: Contact support to obtain a return authorization. Ship the item at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are credited within 10 business days.
• No-Refund Cases: Items damaged by the client or missing original packaging are not eligible.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Please review regularly.
